The Monk has lower HP for a melee class, as well, making this class a bit more difficult to use more effectively. The Monk is slightly lacking in the damage department, since it is half a DPS class and half a support class, having the best of both worlds but not excelling in either. Although the Monk has moderate damage output on its own, the combination of its skills make it a class that is highly effective in general PvE combat.
